  • Organization of a Huawei team / Ministry workshop in June 2005

  • Meeting arrangement in Beijing with 1st lady august 2005

  • President Sassou visited the Huawei Premises in Schenzen in September 2005

  • A Signed “Protocole d’accord” Huawei / Ministry of PTT in November 2005

  • The Minister of PTT visited the Huawei Premises in Beijing, Shangai and Schenzen in December 2005

  • Huawei Africa president met with President Sassou in Brazzaville in June 2006

  • Official Tender for project launched in December 2006 and restricted to three Chinese companies including Huawei
